Blossoms of Hope                            Penn & Broadway, Minneapolis, MN

Blossoms of Hope is a plaza and art project in North Minneapolis, designed as a unified sculptural landscape.  A joint venture between city, building developer, and Metro Transit, the plaza serves bus lines at Penn and Broadway.  The bus shelter is a 10-sided vase, with 5 flowers bursting into the sky, each 8’ in diameter, and over 20’ high.

Blossoms of Hope survived a tornado epicenter, and gave hope to residents, both as a “survivor”, and as a relief center where food and clothing were distributed.
